We all know that Lineage II have fishing feature...in L2 Essence we have it too...
There are lot of benefit of fishing, some of them we can buy vampiric buff and exp buff that will benefit you in hunting. Since fish can be traded, we can use alternative account for fishing, and send them to our main account.
Let me guide you A to Z in fishing business.
A. QUEST TO GET 10 DAY FISHING ROD
1. When you reach level 20, you can take "Fishing Specialist's Request" quest by going to Giran harbor (2000 adena teleport cost), then you talk to NPC “Pierre”
2. After talk to Pierre, you will be teleported to north of Alligator Island to meet NPC “Ferma”, talk to him and you will be ask to go north
3. Go north (pinned in map) to meet NPC “Baikal”, and after talk to him you should teleport again to Giran Harbor and meet NPC Pierre
4.Thats it, you finished the quest and you will receive “Fishing Rod Pack (10 day)”.
B. START TO FISHING
1. Now you have Fishing Rod Pack (10 day), but you need “normal bait” and “fishing shot” to start fishing. Just go to NPC Fishing guildsman in any town, and buy those bait and shots.
2. After that, just go to nearest river or sea (I prefer fishing in giran harbor), and push the fishing icon.
3. The fishing process is happen automatically, you just need to wait. Sometimes its failed, but when you success you will get “Blue Mackerel” or “Fresh Blue Mackerel”
4. Those 2 fishes will be currency to trade with “Fish Stew” in any Fishing Guildsman.
5. Many kind of stew is available for trading, but in my opinion the useful one is “Vampiric Rage” stew for lifesteal buff and “Guild’s Gratitude” for exp buff. With those buff will help you save the hp potion and enhance your levelling rate.
