Losing EXP after 20th Feb 2023 Maintanance - Fallschirm - 02-20-2023
Hello, My character Nickname "Blizzard", was level 76 and 67% exp before maintanance, located in town.
But after maintanance...my character was found dead on orc fortress, and exp only 35%.
Other are not change (adena, equipment, lamp number) , only exp was down by about 32%...
please return 32% experience...it was 4 days effort of leveling and saving for lamp...

Please attach your screenshot when you are dead on the Orc Fortress and send it to support@astasoftlab.com
And please make sure that you have clicked on 100% exp retrieve window

i already wake up, and there are no option for 100% exp window since we die in orc fort we dont lose exp.
and just for your consideration, its impossible to lose 32% exp when you die once
